It was worth its 5 stars. Only 15 min walk to downtown. Besides, there was Wi-Fi in the hotel.
-
Everything there was good. View from our room was fabulous. Very clean hotel with helpful staff. We really enjoyed it so we would definitely return...
-
fantastic location and architecturally a true industrial museum
Route between the Tronchetto parking garage and the hotel is very difficult to get clear, the hotel should have its own boat connection to it, the short ride with the water taxi there is for 70 euros, rather expensive.
-
Good price/quality ratio
Free boat shuttle has far too low frequency. Often had to wait for next shuttle. No free wifi in hotel
-
Extensive breakfast.
the repair of the bath cap took 3 days...our room looked out on a blind wall
-
Rooftoppool, very relaxed in swirling venetia.
Some parts of the hotel were under construction, no iron in an executive room. Water taxi 20 min late.
-
Great breakfast, bar upstairs was great! Very nice view + the friendly service and blissful cocktails! The food at bacaromi is also highly recommended;
nothing

Lovely hotel. Had super room. You can have breakfast here until 11 am.Boat shuttle to venetian center every 40 minutes. Costs 6 eur p.p. for the entire stay in the hotel and is on the final bill.
Wifi in the room did not go well, had to go to the lobby for Internet.
-
The bar and pool with a great skyline! Also in the restaurant you can eat well with a beautiful view if you can sit on the terrace.
The room was not top but ok, at breakfast there wasn't enough fruit but the coffe was delicious and you can always ask the staff for an egg!
-
Great staff. Beautiful roof terrace with phenomenal views! Beautiful industrial building.
That you have to pay for internet, not of this time and certainly not for this hotel in high price class!
-
Friendliness at the reception and breakfast was excellent
I paid for the night and then I had to pay for sauna and breakfast
-
Lovely hotel with great views over the city with a stunning swimming pool. Room was great and of a good standard.
The price of all food and drinks was quite simply ridiculous and more expensive than Saint Marks Square, and as the hotel was a little cut off from the main area of restuarents, etc made things a little incovenent so much so we had to wait for the first shuttle ferry boat in the morning to go and have breakfast, or pay 30 euros for a bowl of corn flakes ! Toasted ham sandwich 14 euros and that was cold ! 9 Euros for a glass of milk !!! So beware

Excellent, professional staff - very clean and good faciities. We also had the use of the Excecutive Lounge which provided snacks and all drinks free of charge, Beautiful rooftop swimming pool (unusual for Venice) with outstanding views.
The location meant that each time you wanted to go to sightsee you had to travel across the lagoon. The hotel did provide a free shuttle service but if I travelled to Venice again I would prefer to stay on the mainland so that I could have more freedom. There is verey little to do on Giudecca Island as it is mostly residential. Bedrooms were a little small but for a short stay this did not matter.
-
Very good, friendly, helpful, polite and courteous hotel staff.

I liked the last floor with a pool on the roof
Difficult to get back to the hotel in the evening, the shuttle is once per hour, and the main thing is that they lost my reservation and we were forced to live in 1 big room instead of 2 deluxed rooms( we travelled with 2 children)
